All packages receive

tracking number and insurance, offered by the transport company.

 We use: Us Post Service / Priority Mail or Fedex.

 MyFit Nails, LLC is not responsible

for any packages that are stolen, lost or damaged during shipping transit.

MyFit Nails, LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, BROKEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES AFTER THEY LEAVE ANY OF OUR FULFILLMENT CENTERS. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU SIGN UP FOR SHIPMENT STATUS TEXT MESSAGE UPDATES FROM THE CARRIER.

For this reason we add the shipping insurance that is offered by the shipping company "Carrier" to all orders.

Any claim is done by the client, directly to the shipping company using tracking number and order information, such as order number, recipe and any other requirements that the shipping company may need at the time of the claim.

Domestic Shipping Policy

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR MAILING ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE CHECKING OUT.  MyFit Nails, LLC WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES RETURNED TO OUR FACILITY, DUE TO THE ADDRESS  PROVIDED BY CLIENTS.

THE COSTUMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING FEES DUE TO RE-SHIPPING.

PLEASE ENSURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT.

 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7-14 business days (Holidays and unforeseen circumstances may extend processing times. Please contact us through email for current processing times).

Orders are not shipped or delivered to the carrier on weekends or holidays. 
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 


*Business days are defined as Monday – Friday from 9AM – 2PM EST; excluding Holidays.

Shipping Price, Carrier & Delivery Estimates: 


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders are shipped thru Priority Mail (USPS) Ground, or via FedEx standard shipping with Fedex.

Your order will be shipped the best way possible using one of the two carriers.

**Delivery delays may occasionally occur.**

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: 

All orders receive a tracking number. 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 72 hours. 

MyFit Nails, LLC  works diligently to safely and efficiently pack your order.

After processing the order we transfer your package to a carrier such as, United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx , only on Wednesdays or Fridays.

As a customer, you are purchasing the product through MyFitNails, LLC and are paying for shipping and insurance through one of the above mentioned carriers.

MyFit Nails is no longer responsible for a package once it is in the hands of the carrier. A tracking number is provided to each customer once the label is created and is not active (or available for viewing) until it has been scanned by the carrier.

Customs, Duties and Taxes: 
MyFit Nails, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: 
MyFit Nails, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

All orders receive the insurance offered by the shipping company.

 If you received your order damaged please contact the shipping company and file a claim. You will need fotos, videos, and any information that the carrier may need.

Any claim is done by the client, directly to the shipping company using the tracking number provided to you and order information, such as order number, recipe and any other requirements that the shipping company may need at the time of the claim.

Lost and Stolen Packages: 
MyFit Nails, LLC is not liable for any lost or stolen packages under any circumstances.

Return & Exchange Policy

For health concerns, we do not accept any returns nor do we exchange any products.

One of our main priorities at MyFit Nails is to keep our customers and staff safe, and ensure that all our products and facilities meet and exceed sanitation standards. For that reason, once you have completed your purchase, there will be no refund.
